/Today is World Mental Health Day which aims to raise awareness of mental health and drive positive change.
It is also an opportunity to talk about mental health, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to get help if you are struggling.
Think of your team-mates who attend weekly sessions, maybe that player you haven’t seen for a while - maybe today is the best time to check in with them and let them know someone is thinking about them!
